Because our products are digital downloads, all sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once the purchase is completed and the files have been delivered or accessed.

Exceptions

We may offer a replacement file or store credit in the following cases:

• You received the wrong file(s)

• The file is corrupted or will not open

• There is a technical issue that prevents you from downloading the product
